趁難得的好天氣，星期日行第7、8段。雖然兩段本身路較平坦，但第8段沿引水道一直行都無遮陰下曝曬，係焗住向前行。一定要帶夠水！好彩第7段分流村陳記士多/一家人士多都有開，可以食碗餐蛋麵，飲杯凍山楂水補給下。 (2022-06-26)

Blackforest :Tim sir 你好。我想問嚇為什麼第七段很「神秘」和為什麼少人行？

如果combine 第七及第八段一起行，大約要多少時間？

如果我們上次輕鬆地完成第五及六段，體力可以應付第七及第八段嗎？ (2021-03-09)
 
可參考一下【鳳凰徑】的詳述。鳳7-8之所以神秘，只是因為它遠離市區，也遠離市區，路程不短，近乎沒有補給，正所謂︰「分流從來不易」。若只行鳳7-8，合共就約15公里，看似都易，但最大問題是沒有交通，沒有撤退方法。所以，會比一般標準設定高一點。另一方面，如果順路走遍所有分流景點，就要加多約4公里左右。想入黑前落山的話，就是快腳一點，不介意開燈當然沒所謂。一定會比鳳5-6難，因為鳳5-6大部份都是落山。如果你試過行鳳2-3，那麼就一定沒問題。這條路線的難度不在於攀爬或荒徑矇矓，而是欠補給，沒交通，沒撤退，路程長，體力充足變成必須。 (Tim Sir 2021-03-09)
